Evaluating your Products & Services entails listing every critical product or service the company offers, understanding how it aligns with the market and segments the company competes in, evaluating the quality of that service and identifying key discriminators that make the product or service unique.

Critical is to identify what constitutes a discriminator: a discriminator is something unique to the company’s product or service that no other competitor can say “me too.”
