Build a strategy that lives beyond January1st

Using Strategile process, the Performance Transformation Group has helped us create and execute a strategic plan resulting in 1,000% growth in 2019 alone. We’re on track to another stellar year in 2020 and beyond!

Since 2018, the Performance Transformation Group has used a strategic planning process to develop our strategic plan. We’re on track to add another hanger in mid-2020 and expand our aircraft maintenance services into more complex, profitable services. We’re excited this process is now in Strategile which will help hold us accountable in 2020 and beyond.
